Sally Hemp Co: Returns Policy For Facebook & Instagram Shops

At Sally Hemp Co., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product.      1.2 The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

     1.3 Seals or tags on the product must remain intact and undamaged.

      2.2 Damages caused by the customer, including mishandling or misuse of the product, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

      3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email or phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise        Authorization (RMA) number.

      3.2 Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

      3.3 Include the original invoice or proof of purchase with the returned product.

4. Shipping and Handling:

      4.1 The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a shipping or    manufacturing error on our part.

      4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

      4.3 Sally Hemp Co. is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

5. Inspection and Refunds:

      5.1 Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return eligibility criteria.

      5.2 If the product meets the return eligibility requirements, we will process the refund within [number of days] days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

      5.3 The refunded amount will exclude any shipping or handling charges paid by the customer.

6. Exclusions and Disclaimers:
